Users have their permissions set by their organisation admin. They can be adjusted at any time.
Permissions set a user's access level to both the administration and job sites.
Admin site permissions
User Role | Permissions |
Organisation Admin | Has full access to all your organisations Tyrewise functions at every location, except for the jobs carried out by drivers and verifiers. They are the only person that can add new users. |
Organisation Viewer | Has full access to view all your organisations information in the software. Cannot add or edit jobs, people, or anything else. |
Location Admin | Has full access to your organisations Tyrewise functions for the chosen location(s). Cannot add users. |
Location Viewer | Has read only access to your organisations Tyrewise functions for the chosen location(s). |
Job site permissions
User Role | Permissions |
Driver | Can access the driver app, where they can collect, weight, and deliver jobs. |
Verifier | Can access the driver app, where they can verify the pickup and/or delivery of jobs. |
Users can have multiple permissions – for example, different permissions for different locations. They may also be an administrator and driver, which would allow them to access both the administration and driver portals separately.
