Viewing jobs and runsheets

Once you have logged in to the jobs page, you can view jobs that need doing. As a driver, you will be able to see jobs that are either assigned to yourself, or not assigned to any driver.

The first row of buttons are used to switch between jobs that:

  1. Need picking up
  2. Are ready to drop off
  3. Are for a future date - the customer has requested a pickup from tomorrow onwards.

The second row of buttons will let you switch between viewing all jobs or viewing runsheets. This doesn't change any functionality - just how jobs are displayed.

The refresh button (↻) will check for any updates to the jobs listed and look for any new jobs added.

If you need to view a completed job for any reason, they can be found in the menu in the top right of the screen (press the ☰ icon).

Runsheets

A runsheet is a collection of jobs that are marked to be completed in sequence. All the jobs in a runsheet have the same collection date, destination, and are assigned to the same driver. There is no difference in how runsheet jobs are collected, follow the same process as with a single job.

In the example below, the runsheet "Demo runsheet" is for July 31st, and contains jobs 12 and 25.
