Verifying a pickup job

Log into the Tyrewise  jobs site https://jobs.tyrewise.co.nz

if you don`t see the screen below please click on the 3 horizontal lines at the top right and select home

Click on Verify Load job

Either scan the QR code displayed on the driver’s phone or enter the job number. 

The job details will appear
Select ‘load is correct’ if there were no issues with the collection.

However, if you had any problems, you can dispute the load, which gives you an opportunity to add a reason or image explaining why you are disputing the collection.

Your photo and reason are included for review

Click Submit when you have finished explaining.
