How to verify a tyre collection

Step 1:

To verify a tyre collection go to the website jobs.tyrewise.co.nz. You can type this directly into the address bar in your internet browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.

Step 2:

Enter the e-mail address and phone number associated with your Tyrewise account (example below) and click ‘Register my device’ to log in. Please note: the phone number you have registered with Tyrewise may be a mobile or landline number. If you are unsure, please get in touch to check.

Step 3:

Click ‘Verify a load’.

Step 4:

Enter the job number provided by the driver (example below) and click ‘Get details’.

Step 5:

Review the tyre types and tyre counts that the driver entered. If this is correct click ‘Load is correct’, and the button will change to ‘Saved!’ You’re all done.'

However, if you had any problems, you can dispute the load, which gives you an opportunity to add a reason or image explaining why you are disputing the collection.
