Dropping off jobs

To drop off a job, it needs to have a delivery location set. If this has not been done already, it will prompt you for one in the drop off screen.

To drop off a single job, all you have to do is select 'Drop off load' on the drop off screen.

You can also drop of multiple jobs at once by selecting the tickbox to the left of the 'Drop off load' button for each job, and then pressing 'Drop off combined load' at the bottom of the screen.

Next you will need to add the weight of the job(s). Add your weight with tyres, without tyres, and the truck rego. The weight of tyres will be calculated automatically.

You will also need to add weight proof to the job, generally in the form of weighbridge docket(s). The weight of the jobs and truck must be shown in these files. The easiest way to do this is to go 'Add photo', and then use your device's camera to take a picture of any dockets. Multiple dockets can be in one photo, or added one by one.

If weight proof is not added, there will be delays in processing the completed job, any payment could be postponed.

Once you have added the necessary dockets select save and 'Get the load verified'.

A staff member at the customer organisation will verify the dropoff. They can either scan this QR code, or enter the job number(s) on their device. If the dropoff is for multiple jobs, the job numbers will be separated by hyphens. The example below is for jobs 14 and 11 (14-11).

Once this verification has happened, you will get confirmation on your device, and the job will be marked as completed.
