Job statuses - what they mean & what to do

This guide is aimed at transporters and contains information that is not usually relevant to other tyrewise participants.

As a job goes through its journey there are several statuses that determine what part of the process the job is in, and what needs to happen next.

Status	What this means	What should happen next	Things to know
Available for pickup	The job has been booked and is ready to be collected.	The transporter collects the job.
Pickup verified	The job has been collected, and someone at the pickup location has verified the collection.	The driver needs to weigh and drop off this job.
Pickup unverified	The job has been collected, but wasn't verified.		This job will have to be manually checked by Tyrewise.
Pickup disputed	The job has been collected, but the collection was disputed by someone at the pickup location.		This job will have to be manually checked by Tyrewise.
Weighed	A driver has entered a weight for this job.	This job needs to be dropped off.
Delivered verified	The job has been delivered, and someone at the drop off location has verified the delivery.	No further action needed by the transporter.
Delivered unverified	The job has been delivered but wasn't verified.		This job will have to be manually checked by Tyrewise.
Delivery disputed	The job has been delivered, but the delivery was disputed by someone at the drop off location.		This job will have to be manually checked by Tyrewise.
Submitted for payment	This job has been submitted for payment.
Completed	The job is completed, but payment isn't required.
Cancelled	This job has been cancelled.	No action needed.
