How to book a tyre collection

Step 1:

To book a tyre collection go to admin.tyrewise.co.nz. You can type this directly into the address bar in your internet browser.

Step 2:

Enter the e-mail address associated with your Tyrewise account (example below) and click ‘Sign in without password’. A six-digit code will be sent to your email – this may take a few minutes.

Step 3:

Enter the six-digit code you were sent (example below) and click ‘Submit’.

Step 4:

To book a tyre collection click on ‘Job’ on the top left of the screen, and then click ‘Add Job’.

Step 5:

Select the:

• Pickup location
• Pickup date you would prefer
• Transporter – the options you have depend on your geographic location
• Add special conditions, if necessary, or leave blank
• Load type – this is typically loose tyres, unless your tyres are stored in a bin which requires a truck to lift it

Step 6 (optional):

If you would like the job to repeat, select the dropdown menu next to ‘Pickup every:’ and choose how often you would like the job to repeat. If not, leave this section blank.

Step 7:

Under ‘Tyre details’ enter the number of tyres which need to be picked up next to the types of tyres (example below). This can be a round number/best estimate.

Step 8:

Finally, click ‘Save and close’ and you’re all done.
