Picking up a job

To pick up a job, all you have to do is select 'Pick up load' on the job screen.

On the next screen you need to enter the actual count of tyres collected. In this example, the customer booked 22 motorbike and 22 Off road ATV tyres for collection, but the actual collection was for 22 Motorbike and 31 Off road ATV tyres.

The calculated weight here is an estimate only, which can be used for planning purposes.

If there is another tyre type that you need to add, this can be added by selecting 'Add tyre type'. You can also optionally add any comments or a photo of the pickup - this could be important if there are any disputes later on.

Hit 'Save' once you have entered the tyre counts and any notes or photos that you want to.

The next step will usually be to get the job pickup verified. This is an important step as it will allow payment for this job to be processed automatically. If the job is not verified, payment may be delayed.

If you cannot do this for some reason, you can return to the job list and the pickup will be completed.

A staff member at the customer organisation will verify the collection. They can either scan this QR code, or enter the job number on their device.

Once this verification has happened, you will get confirmation on your device, and can move onto your next collection or drop off.
